Heathrow Airport Terminal 1:
All Heathrow’s domestic flights and most UK airlines are operate from terminal one, including European and some long-haul flights.
International Arrivals – located on the ground floor of the terminal building and it will take about 1 – 1.5 hours to clear customs and to collect luggage.
Domestic Arrivals – located on the 1st floor of the terminal building and normally takes about 30 -45 minutes to clear customs and collect luggage.
Check In and Departure – Located on the 1st floor of the terminal building.
International flights – check in 3 hours prior to the departure time.
Domestic flights – check in 1 hours prior to the departure time.
Europe flights – check in 2 hours prior to the departure time.
Left Luggage facilities – Located on the ground floor and cost at £6.00 per item per day. you can contact them on +44(0)20 8745 4599.
Information Desk – Airport information desk are very helpful and will assist you with every enquiry. If require they will make a phone call for you and it is located on the ground floor of the terminal building.
