The flights operating from Terminal 4 are for mainly long-haul flights and some European destinations mostly by British Airways and their associated airlines , KLM, Qantas Airways,

International Arrivals – located on the ground floor of the terminal building and it will take about 1 – 1.5 hours to clear customs and to collect luggage.
Check Inn and Departure – Check inn is located on the 1st floor of the terminal building and departure also located on the 1st floor of the terminal building.
International flights- check in 3 hours prior to the departure time.
Domestic flights – check in 1 hours prior to the departure time.
Europe flights – check in 2 hours prior to the departure time.
Left Luggage facilities – Located on the ground floor and cost at £6.00 per item per day. you can contact them on

Information Desk – Airport information desk are very helpful and will assist you with every enquiry. If require they will make a phone call for you and it is located on the ground floor of the terminal building in the arrival hall.

You need to update your information on the airlines using T4. BA now operate from T5 – the airlines operating out of T4 are Skyteam Alliance (KLM, Air France, Delta and others) plus some unaffiliated carriers.
